how customers, clients, people buy?

Its really true and in many cases i really done this over and over. Well I'm in a call center industry for quite sometimes selling online listing(superpages) until now but its no longer superpages but still selling online listing but different provider. I learned a lot in selling superages. It really bring out the best in me which i will not forget it. I was a freshman that time when i was deployed in operation. Culture shock was there, pressure was there, i really don't know what to do that time but as days goes by little by little I learned many things from my teammates, colleagues, supervisors and managers. But it doesn't make sense all of the things you learned if you don't put that into action. Now normally you sell facts, features and benefits about the product and that's good but if you add some rapport surely you will caught his attention that makes him to buy what you are selling. But that's not easy as you think, I've learned on a daily conversing with different customers. They are ceo, president, manager, owner and other decision makers for the business. And as I go along i learned different approaches that's very important as well coz you know how to handle every call you ,make and encounter. Now if you combined the facts and benefits of the product with humor and emotions sure thing its a sure sale...

price concern

if it is cost you a hundred dollars but does thousand dollars worth of service by any yardstick you bought a bargain haven't you..

im working in a call center the thing is that i dont have any freedom of time..we keep on working harder & harder and we wouldn't notice that we're also getting older & older so what i did is i do research, seek, ask & i ended up making the call center as my sideline..when i started 10k and then to 16k and then 18k and goin up to the next level so on and so forth making my self valuable so right now im having a full time with a sytem that can earn & even generate income that you can never imagine..i started late but that doesn't matter..it doesn't matter where you came from if you are new or amatuer what matter most is where will be heading to..so right it really goin quite well..its really amazing, surprising, fascinating, very incredible, awesome, and terrific that your enjoying the life to the full..

how are people are affected?

people are affected with the information they know so if your limited with the information you know you'll be incapacitated..keep on working hard not for profit(job) but for your fortune and that is working hard for yourself..eventually luck will come your way..which i agree there's no such thing as luck it only comes because of the preparation and opportunities meet and collide

price objections - selling anything to anybody

i was hit to the technique i red from one of my favorite book "secret of closing the sale" authored by one of my the greatest salesman, motivational & inspirational speaker zig ziglar. This is how it goes "good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good our company had a choice we could design a service or product that can do as little as possible so we can offer it to you as cheaply as possible or we would rather make a choice to design a product or service that can do as much as possible so in a long run it will substantially cost you lower".
